Vata Tea is formulated to balance the Vata dosha, one of the three fundamental energies in Ayurveda. Vata is associated with the elements of air and ether and governs movement, communication, and the nervous system.
Vata types tend to be spontaneous, creative and enthusiastic but can become stressed by over-exerting themselves. And, when out of balance, Vata can cause symptoms like anxiety, restlessness, dryness, and digestive issues.
With its warming, grounding, and calming spices, Vata-tea it may be calming, grounding and nourishing.
It's especially beneficial during the autumn season or for individuals experiencing high Vata imbalances.
Ingredients:
Liquorice root*, Cinnamon bark, Ginger pieces, Cardamom seeds, Fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare)*, Black Pepper*.
*From Organic cultivation.
Allergen advice: may contain traces of celery and mustard.
Contain liquorice, avoid excessive consumption in case of hypertension
Heat the water 98°C, use 1 rounded tsp per person and steep for 10 minutes.
