Lemon Verbena

Lemon Verbena leaves can be a relaxing bedtime tea.  It is also a refreshing drink during the hot summer days. Try it with ice cubes, lemon juice and fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients: Aloysia  Triphilla.

Taking lemon verbena along with sedative medications might cause too much sleepiness and trouble breathing.

Allergen advice: may contain traces of celery and mustard.

                Heat the water 98°C, use 2 tsp per person and brew for 8/10 minutes.
