A lovely and delicate fragrance makes our lemongrass ideal for making a relaxing infusion in the Winter or a refreshing tea in the Summer. Or to bring excitement and delight to many recipes. Try it alone or mixed with other loose herbs or fruits lile our Ginger Pieces, Apple Tea, Peppermint and Lavender to create your favourite blend!

                Heat the water 98°C, use 2 tsp per person and brew for 5/10 minutes.
