This renowned steamed green tea with its long, dark needle shaped leaves produces a cup with a bright clear liquor and sweet grassy flavor. Less grassy and vegetal then the Japanese Sencha Green Tea, this steamed green tea gives us a bright green cup and a complex and rich flavour.

 Ingredients: Green Tea. 

Heat the water 80°C, use 3 g per 150 ml and brew for 1/2 minutes. Up to 3 infusions
