Cumin, coriander & Fennel, also know as CCF is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal infusion. 

Tips and Variations:
Adjust for Pitta:
If you have a Pitta imbalance, you may want to reduce or omit cumin, as it can be heating if used in excess.

 

Ingredients: 

 Coriander seeds (Coriander sativum) , Cumin Seeds, Fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare)*.

*From Organic cultivation.

Allergen advice: may contain traces of celery and mustard.

Heat the water 98°C, use 1 rounded tsp per person and steep for at least 5 minutes.
