Ceylon Tea is a type of single-origin Black Tea produced in highlands of Sri Lanka, formerly known as Ceylon. This outstanding example of an Orange Pekoe-grade has been sourced from the prestigious Kenilworth Estate, characterised by its subtle oaky tones.

It is very popular among tea enthusiasts for its rich flavour and fragrant aroma.

The distinct flavour of Ceylon Black Tea and its full-bodied taste are due to the unique environmental conditions in which it is grown.

Ingredients: Black Tea Ceylon (Sri Lanka).

Preparation

Heat the water 98°C, use 2 tsp per person and brew for 3/5 minutes
