Lemon Balm

Delicate lemon flavour with a hint of mint.

Lemon balm leaves can be combined with our chamomile, mint, rose hip to enhance the flavour and the beneficial.  It is also a refreshing drink during the hot summer days.

From Organic cultivation.

Ingredients: Melissa Officinalis Leaves.

 Avoid lemon balm if you have thyroid disease. 

Allergen advice: may contain traces of celery and mustard.

                Heat the water 98°C, use 2 tsp per person and brew for 8/10 minutes.
