Ingredients: Apple, pineapple (pineapple,sugar), blackberry leaves, rooibos super grade, olive leaves, ginger, cinnamon pieces, chamomile, orange peels, pink pepper, natural orange flavouring, clove, orange pieces, lady's mantle herb, Aloe Vera (aloe vera, sugar).

 May contain traces of: edible nuts, lactose

Heat the water 100°C, use 3/4g  per person and brew for 7/10 minutes.
