This distinctive superior Dian Hong black tea comes from the cloud-veiled mountains of the Yunnan. Its orange-reddish liquor yields a spicy and smooth aroma with pleasing floral overtones and a tinge of citrus. This refined black tea is good after dinner and can also be enjoyed with milk.

Our Dian Hong Tea comes from the Organic ECOCERT certified tea garden in Nanping, Pu'erh (Yunnan Province) at around 1800 meters. The soil here is fertile, with a high vegetation index; with over a hundred kilometres of ecological environment without any source of pollution. It is a famous and excellent place for producing organic Dianhong black tea. This tea has also NOP Organic, EU Organic and JAS ECOCERT (Japan) Organic certification.

Production Methos: Orthodox

Put 3g of Dian Hong Black Tea into a warmed glass;
Pour into the glass  200ml 98°C water;
Brew for 30 seconds for the first brewing, longer time for the following brewing;
Dian Hong Black Tea stands up to five brewings.

To produce black tea, the leaves undergo more oxidation when compared to green, white, oolong teas. This not only results in darker tea leaves, but also a stronger and more intense taste.
